Access learner transcripts and certificates
We’re proud to offer a free service that allows loved ones, attorneys, and supporters of our incarcerated learners to access their Edovo certificates and transcripts. Using a secure access code shared by the learner, you can view and download their educational progress and achievements in real-time.
How it works
We ensure that Edovo is accessible on every connected device in jails and prisons, at no cost to the incarcerated learner. This commitment guarantees that everyone has access to valuable learning opportunities. Check out this step-by-step guide, complete with images, to walk you through the process.
Request the learner's unique code from the learner.
Learners control who can access their transcripts and certificates from within their Edovo profile. Ask them to navigate to 'My Profile,' select 'Manage Sharing Settings' and give you the nine-digit code on the screen.
Click the 'Open Transcript Portal' button above and enter this code.
Upon entering this unique code, the learner's transcripts and certificates will be generated for download.
