Access learner transcripts and certificates
We’re proud to offer a free service that allows loved ones, attorneys, and supporters of our incarcerated learners to access their Edovo certificates and transcripts. Using a secure access code shared by the learner, you can view and download their educational progress and achievements in real-time.
How it works
Edovo transcripts are learner-controlled. Only the learner can generate the code that gives you access and only they can revoke it. What you receive when you enter that code is a verified, real-time record of their coursework, certificates, and learning hours, available to view and download at no cost.
Request the learner's unique code from the learner.
Learners control who can access their transcripts and certificates from within their Edovo profile. Ask them to navigate to 'My Profile,' select 'Manage Sharing Settings' and give you the nine-digit code on the screen.
Click the 'Open Transcript Portal' button below and enter this code.
Upon entering this unique code, the learner's transcripts and certificates will be generated for download.

How to read the transcript
A transcript shows completed courses, the time associated with each, and whether the learner passed or is still working toward passing. Below that, you'll find supplemental learning: videos, readings, and other content the learner engaged with voluntarily.
Together, these two sections tell the story of how someone has been spending their time.
What to pay attention to
Look beyond the number of courses completed. The subjects a learner chose: workforce readiness, parenting, recovery, financial literacy, cognitive skills, and more can reveal what they've been working toward and why.
Sustained engagement over time, across a range of topics, is often more meaningful than any single certificate.
How to use it in conversation
A transcript is a starting point, not a conclusion. Use it to ask questions: What drew them to a particular course? What did they take away from it? How are they thinking about applying what they learned?
The transcript shows the record; the conversation is where you understand the person behind it.
